Our present Chairman and Managing Director Sri K.V. Narayan, B.Sc., B.L., B.Com (UKL) established K.V. NARAYAN GROUP about 54 years ago, in Bangalore. Ours is an establishment dealing with properties of our own & its developmental projects. Being there in the market for over five decades we have branched out to many other verticals as well like technologies, trading etc. We strive towards delivering quality products that satiate the clients' expectations.

Present Business Activities
M/s Kavin & Kraler Mercantile Corporation is engaged in the following activities:

• Development of residential townships in our own lands at Doddaballapur on a 100 + acres of a single block, which includes construction and sale of Villas.
  
• Construction of Govt. buildings for Class-1 contractors of PWD. Also, builders of other Govt. Institutions including CPWD (We have built a number of Govt. buildings in Karnataka)
  
• Software Development (to USA)
  
• Export of Agro Products like Rice, Ground-Nut, Chillies, etc. (To Singapore, Malaysia, etc.)
  
• Providing Software solutions for 'AID's awareness.

Past Businesses:
Flats, Independent Houses
Perhaps, being the first people to introduce residential flat concept in Bangalore on a large scale we had built more than 100 flats in Bangalore about 38 years ago, and since then a number of buildings, apartments, and independent houses have been built and marketed successfully.

The architectural excellence and quality can be gauged from the "N.S. English County" in Bannerghatta (Bangalore) comprising nearly 42 independent villas and the "Sahyadri apartment" of 64 residential flats in Bangalore City (sold to M/s Canara Bank for its quarters during 1996.

Machinery, Equipments, Engg. Goods
From 1969 onwards we also worked as an approved suppliers to Govt. and supplied goods worth several crores of rupees until 1996.

Construction of Govt Buildings
We have undertaken many jobs for the govt. between 1985 to 1988, including World Bank aided projects worth several crores.
