N S Info City Projects (Residential Townships)

We are developing hi-tech townships at Doddaballapur (Bangalore District), known as "N.S. Info-cities". It is located at the junction of two roads viz N.H. 207 and Doddaballapur Railway Station Road. The development started in 2004 and is still on.

The total land holdings is about 110 acres (one single block of lands, purchased from 1975 onwards), facing two main roads i.e. Doddaballapur Railway Station road and the NH 207 (about 1-1/2 Kms from Doddaballapur Railway Station - close to prestigious Apparel (Textile) Park.

We have completed the following phases:
  • The first phase of development of about 300 residential plots with excellent infrastructure on a land of 13 acres where there are more than 50 houses, which are all occupied, and further constructions are in progress.
  • The second phase on a land of 30 acres, which started a year back, which is also fully sold out (with hi-tech infrastructure).
  • The third phase of development of a land area of about 46 acres wherein there are 485 plots of varied dimensions. These 46 acres are almost in the centre of the total land holdings and is a prime layout. The above township is being developed as a very hi-tech township and to international standards.

The following are some of the approvals received:
  • Residential conversion by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore.
  • NOC from BIAAPA
  • NOC from Airport Authority of India
  • NOC-cum-Consent Certificate from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.
  • Approval of the layout plan by the International Airport Area Planning Authority, (BIAAPA)
