N S Info City Projects (Residential Townships)
We are developing hi-tech townships at Doddaballapur (Bangalore District), known as "N.S. Info-cities". It is located at the junction of two roads viz N.H. 207 and Doddaballapur Railway Station Road. The development started in 2004 and is still on.

The total land holdings is about 110 acres (one single block of lands, purchased from 1975 onwards), facing two main roads i.e. Doddaballapur Railway Station road and the NH 207 (about 1-1/2 Kms from Doddaballapur Railway Station - close to prestigious Apparel (Textile) Park.

Our site is only 35 kilometer from Bangalore via Yelahanka. The projects are located at the junction of 80 ft Railway Station Road (Airport link road) and also NH 207 (300 feet). We purchased the land very strategically making sure that they are approachable and easily accessible. In other words, these townships are bounded by 2 wide main roads and are accessible by all types of public transport, including trains and local Bangalore buses (non-stop CITY BUSES) etc.

Banashankari Coral are our luxurious apartments located on an east facing site, in a residential area of R T Nagar. It is located at a very strategic area and its elevation and choice of colour has been such that the aquamarine green evoke in the mind the tranquility of the ocean, filling the mind with everlasting peace.

Banashankari Aurum
Banashankari Aurum is located on an east facing corner site, designed, merging practical utility with an appealing aesthetic beauty. Aurum in ancient Greek means gold. We have chosen such a name because investing in property today is worth its weight in gold.
